Scolmore Group has supplied a range of wiring accessories and lighting products for installation at a medieval hotel in North Wales.
As part of a refurbishment programme for the 700-year old Ruthin Castle Hotel, 27 bedrooms and corridors have been fitted with products from the Define flat plate decorative range in a Black Nickel finish. The company’s professional fixed and adjustable downlights, plus LED exit signs have
also been used along the communal corridors.
Tom Higgins from the installer company, Aerial Electrics, cited an extensive product range, choice of finishes, excellent price point, quality and aesthetics, as the main criteria for partnering with Scolmore for this project.
Set within acres of woods and parkland a little over 20 miles from Chester, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the 59-roomed Ruthin Castle is a truly romantic hotel steeped in history. The castle dates back to the legend of King Arthur with notable owners including King Edward I, Henry VII and Elizabeth I.
With the bedroom and corridor phase of the refurbishment complete, Scolmore products will also feature in the brand new spa facility.
